Collaborative Process; Provides that a collaborative process in which parties attempt to resolve a matter pursuant to a collaborative participation agreement without court intervention begins with a collaborative participation agreement among the parties; provides that a collaborative participation agreement tolls statute of limitations while it remains in effect; provides that collaborative communications are confidential; provides exceptions, etc.
