Condominiums; Requires coverage under condominium unit owner's residential property insurance policy to include specified amount of loss-assessment coverage; requires each policy to contain provision stating that such coverage is excess coverage; specifies when date of loss occurs; requires coverage for certain personal property to be responsibility of condominium unit owner under certain circumstances; revises board meeting notice requirements, etc.
