Donahey, Jr., and Tena Donahey, his spouse, for injuries received by Joseph Donahey, Jr., and for damages sustained by Mr. and Mrs. Donahey as a result of the medical treatment of Joseph G. Donahey, Jr., provided by employees of the University of South Florida. Provides a limitation on the payment of fees and costs, etc. CLAIM WITH APPROPRIATION: $1,500,000.
