Relief/Larry Bostic/Dept. of Financial Services; Compensates Larry Bostic for wrongful imprisonment and for being a victim of a miscarriage of justice. Directs the Chief Financial Officer to draw a warrant. Requires the purchase of an annuity. Provides for the waiver of specified tuition and fees. Provides for the waiver of fees and premiums for enrollment in the state health insurance plan. Provides conditions for payment. Prohibits the payment of fees and costs, etc. CLAIM WITH APPROPRIATION: $1,700,000.
