CS/CS/CS/CS/HB 541: Parental Responsibility and Time-Sharing

GENERAL BILL by Full Appropriations Council on General Government & Health Care ; Criminal and Civil Justice Policy Council ; Health Care Services Policy Committee ; Civil Justice and Courts Policy Committee ; Frishe

Parental Responsibility and Time-Sharing; Revises provisions relating to child support, parenting plans, & time-sharing; revises elements of rebuttable presumption that parent is detriment if he or she is convicted of crime involving domestic violence; provides that presumption applies, in addition to crime that is felony of 3rd degree or higher, to crime that is misdemeanor of 1st degree or higher victim of which was other parent or spouse, etc.
