Military Affairs [GPSC]; Clarifies & updates references with respect to courts-martial; revises applicability of provisions with respect to immunity from penalization for National Guard members ordered into state active duty by employers; requires National Guard members to notify employers of intent to return to work; provides exceptions under which employers are not required to allow such members to return to work, etc.
