SB 7022: OGSR/Business Information
PROPOSED BILL by Community Affairs
OGSR/Business Information; Repeals specified provision relating to a public records exemption for business information provided by a business owner to a governmental condemning authority for the purpose of making an offer of business damages. Saves the exemption from repeal under the OGSR Act. Deletes provisions providing for repeal of the exemption.
