GENERAL BILL by Education Policy Council ; Culp
Student Records [SPSC]; Deletes provisions relating to rights parents have regarding children's postsecondary student records to conform to changes made by act; deletes certain provisions governing release of K-12 student records & reports to specified parties; requires that State Board of Education comply with federal law with respect to release of education records; requires that public postsecondary educational institutions comply with federal law.
