GENERAL BILL by Policy and Steering Committee on Ways and Means ; Community Affairs ; Pruitt ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Lynn

Special Districts/Commodities/Contractual Services [EPSC]; Authorizes special districts to purchase commodities and contractual services from purchasing agreements of other special districts, municipalities, or counties. Provides that the boundaries of a special district are deemed to include an annexed area under certain circumstances.
