Water Management Districts; Readopts provision creating water management districts pursuant to Florida Government Accountability Act; revises membership provisions for water management & basin boards; reduces number of members on Manasota Basin Board; eliminates Oklawaha River Basin Advisory Council; removes ex officio designation of basin board chairs; removes restriction on voting authority of chair, etc.
