GENERAL BILL by Education Policy Council ; Culp
Vocational Rehabilitation Programs; Replaces obsolete term & revises definitions; revises provisions relating to eligibility for services; requires Division of Vocational Rehabilitation in DOE to conduct trial work experiences before determining that individual is incapable of benefiting from services; requires division to refer individual to other programs if it determines that individual is ineligible for services, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
