District School Boards [SPSC]; Repeals a specified provision relating to an alternate county-wide referendum procedure in certain counties for the election of a district school board chair. Repeals a specified provision relating to resolving tie votes among school board members in certain school districts. Deletes provisions governing the organization of district school boards, to conform.
