Parental Responsibility and Time-sharing [SPSC]; Provides for parenting coordination as an alternative dispute resolution process to resolve parenting plan disputes. Revises the elements of the rebuttable presumption that shared parental responsibility is detrimental to a child when a parent is convicted of a crime involving domestic violence. Allows the modification of a parenting plan only upon a showing of substantially changed circumstances, etc.
