GENERAL BILL by Health and Human Services Appropriations ; Peaden

Medicaid [WPSC]; Provides for a quality assessment to be imposed upon nursing home facility providers. Requires the AHCA to calculate the quality assessment rate annually. Provides requirements for reporting and collecting the assessment. Exempts certain nursing home facility providers from the assessment. Provides for certain providers to pay a lower assessment. Requires that the AHCA seek federal authorization to implement the act, etc.
