GENERAL BILL by Fasano
Assessment of Residential Real Property [WPSC]; Prohibits adding the value of certain improvements to the assessed value of certain real property. Provides a limitation on the assessed value of certain real property. Specifies additional exceptions to assessments of homestead and nonhomestead property at just value. Repeals specified provision relating to renewable energy source property tax exemption, etc.
