CS/SB 1390: Implementing 2010-2011 General Appropriations Act [WPSC]

GENERAL BILL by Criminal and Civil Justice Appropriations ; Crist

Implementing 2010-2011 General Appropriations Act [WPSC]; Provides legislative intent. Authorizes the DOC and the DJJ to use certain appropriated funds to assist in defraying the costs incurred by a county or municipality to open or operate certain facilities. Limits the amount of such assistance. Provides counties with an exemption from the requirement to annually increase certain expenditures by a specified percentage for the 2010-2011 fiscal year, etc.

Effective Date: 07/01/2010 except as otherwise provided
