Reverse Mortgage Loans [WPSC]; Provides definitions. Specifies who may originate or make a loan. Specifies the requirements for reverse mortgage loans. Authorizes certain fees and charges for loans. Requires mortgage lenders to disclose certain loan information to mortgagors. Prohibits lenders from requiring reverse mortgage loan applicants to purchase certain financial products. Authorizes the Financial Services Commission to adopt rules, etc.
