GENERAL BILL by Garcia
Corporations [CPSC]; Deletes an obsolete reference to taxes. Corrects a cross-reference. Deletes a provision authorizing a corporation to contribute to the Election Campaign Financing Trust Fund when filing an annual report. Permits members of a corporation to resign at any time, unless otherwise restricted by the articles of incorporation or bylaws. Makes a technical change.
