Cardiology Services [SPSC]; Requires emergency medical services providers to transport certain cardiac patients to the most appropriate facility and specify a facility preference. Requires medical directors of such providers to develop and implement certain protocols for assessment, treatment, and transportation of cardiac patients. Requires a local medical facility to notify the medical director of the local emergency medical services provider of its change in status, etc.
