GENERAL BILL by Baker
Agriculture/Florida Food Freedom Act [EPSC]; Exempts certain food producers selling or delivering directly to the consumer from licensing requirements. Prohibits state and local governmental agencies from requiring licensure, certification, or inspection of such producers under certain circumstances. Provides that certain persons selling directly to the consumer are exempt from food permit requirements. Requires persons selling directly to the consumer to be trained and certified, etc.
