GENERAL BILL by Peaden ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Aronberg

Clerks of the Court [WPSC]; Provides additional powers and duties of the Legislative Budget Commission. Revises and provides additional duties of the Florida Clerks of Court Operations Corporation relating to funding and budgets of the clerks of court. Revises budget procedures, requirements, criteria, and limitations for preparing budget request for funding court-related functions of the clerks of the court, etc.
