GENERAL BILL by Storms
Illegal Aliens [SPSC]; Prohibits a person, knowingly or with reckless disregard of the law, from transporting or moving an illegal alien, concealing or harboring an illegal alien, or encouraging or inducing an illegal alien to enter or reside in this state. Requires the Attorney General to negotiate with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security to designate law enforcement officers and others to act as qualified immigration officers, etc.
