GENERAL BILL by Baker
Motor Vehicle Load Weight Limits [CPSC]; Requires specified scale tolerances to be applied to weight limits for vehicles on highways that are not in the Interstate Highway System. Provides that specified tolerances do not apply to cranes. Provides for determination of fines for violations of the total gross weight limits. Revises conditions under which vehicles in violation of specified gross or external bridge weight limits must be unloaded, etc.
