SB 2316: Florida Hospital Patient Protection Act [SPSC]
GENERAL BILL by Hill
Florida Hospital Patient Protection Act [SPSC]; Provides minimum staffing level requirements for the ratio of direct care registered nurses to patients in a health care facility. Prohibits the imposition of mandatory overtime and certain other actions by a health care facility. Prohibits the use of video cameras or monitors by a health care facility as a substitute for the required level of care, etc.
