GENERAL BILL by Transportation and Economic Development Appropriations ; Governmental Oversight and Accountability ; Commerce ; Commerce

Department of State/Government Accountability Act [CPSC]; Reenacts a specified provision relating to the establishment of the Department of State. Assigns various duties of the Executive Office of the Governor relating to notaries public to the department. Renames the State Library Council. Requires state agencies to furnish copies of state publications to the Library of Congress. Deletes provisions establishing The Grove Advisory Council, etc.
