GENERAL BILL by Policy and Steering Committee on Ways and Means ; Alexander

State Financial Matters [WPSC]; Provides that each agency is responsible for exercising due diligence in securing payment for all accounts receivable and other claims due the state. Authorizes the CFO to adopt rules requiring that payments made by the state for goods, services, or anything of value be made by electronic means. Revises contractual services and commodities that are not subject to competitive-solicitation requirements, etc. APPROPRIATION: $311,915.
