SB 2394: Early Learning [SPSC]
GENERAL BILL by Garcia
Early Learning [SPSC]; Provides for a type two transfer of the Office of Early Learning within the DOE and the child care facility licensing responsibilities of the DCFS to the Office of Early Learning within the Agency for Workforce Innovation. Conforms provisions and cross-references to changes made by the act. Provides for the continued validity of child care facility licenses and registrations issued under ch. 402, etc.
