GENERAL BILL by Policy and Steering Committee on Ways and Means ; Health Regulation ; Gardiner

Health Care [SPSC]; Amends a provision relating to the Drug-Free Workplace Act. Deletes an obsolete provision. Revises distribution of funds from civil penalties imposed for traffic infractions by county courts. Limits DOH food service inspections in nursing homes. Requires that certain blood establishments disclose specified information on the Internet. Revises grievance record maintenance and reporting requirements for nursing homes, etc.
