Entities Doing Business With Iran/Restrictions [GPSC]; Prohibits the state from entering into, awarding, or renewing a contract or purchasing agreement for commodities or contractual services with, or receiving or soliciting proposals for the acquisition of commodities or contractual services from, any business entity doing business with Iran. Provides an exception for the State Board of Administration. Provides for the cessation of such prohibition under specified circumstances, etc.
