SB 2730: Florida Vocational College [SPSC]

GENERAL BILL by Dean

Florida Vocational College [SPSC]; Establishes the Florida Vocational College in Weston, Florida, as a public residential postsecondary school for certain students with developmental disabilities. Provides that the school shall be funded through the DOE. Requires the school to comply with laws and rules applicable to state agencies unless otherwise provided by law. Requires personnel screening and security background investigation, etc.
