Rec./Instructional Assessments [WPSC]; Expands a public records exemption for specified instructional assessments to include the tests required for high school graduation and end-of-course assessments developed or acquired by local school districts. Provides for future legislative review and repeal of the exemption under the Open Government Sunset Review Act. Provides a statement of public necessity.
