Student Achievement in Fine Arts Courses; Revises basis for designation of school grades to include performance of students who are enrolled in fine arts courses; requires that DOE, in coordination with Florida professional arts education associations, develop assessments, subject to available funding; requires that field testing of assessments be completed & results of testing be reported within specified period after funding becomes available.
