Motor Vehicles [CPSC]; Removes requirement that HSMV adopt uniform written notice to be used to enforce provisions that prohibit parking motor vehicle on certain property for purpose of displaying motor vehicle as being for sale, hire, or rental; removes requirement that each law enforcement agency provide its own notice for such enforcement, etc.
