GENERAL BILL by Storms

Debt Buyers; Provides requirements for debt buyers. Requires a debt buyer to provide a receipt for any payments made by a debtor. Provides acts that are prohibited by a debt buyer. Provides the requirements for filing an action against a debtor by a debt buyer or for collecting attorney's fees charged for collection services. Provides requirements for obtaining a default or summary judgment against a debtor. Provides penalties against a debt buyer for violations, etc.
