Assisted Living Facilities; Creates Florida Assisted Living Quality Improvement Initiative Pilot Project; authorizes AHCA to create pilot projects in area offices; permits licensed assisted living facilities to enroll in pilot project; establishes quality improvement teams to evaluate pilot projects & provides duties for teams; provides procedures for investigating & monitoring complaints; requires AHCA to develop assessment tool to evaluate project; requires report; provides for expiration of the pilot project.
