Slot Machine Licensee Fees; Removes a requirement that the Division of Pari-mutuel Wagering in the Department of Business and Professional Regulation contract for certain services related to the prevention of compulsive and addictive gambling. Removes an annual nonrefundable regulatory fee used to fund the services. Conforms cross-references.
