SB 1422: Developmental Disabilities
GENERAL BILL by Altman
Developmental Disabilities; Establishes a Developmental Disabilities Savings Program to allow for the advance payment of services for individuals who have developmental disabilities and who will be ineligible for certain services due to age. Requires the program to provide certain information. Provides that the program may not be implemented until certain legal opinions are obtained. Establishes the Development Disabilities Savings Program Board to administer the savings program, etc.
