GENERAL BILL by Banking and Insurance ; Garcia ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Diaz de la Portilla
Health Insurance; Prohibits a person from being compelled to purchase health insurance except under specified conditions. Specifies that the act does not prohibit the collection of certain debts.
