Procurement/Preference to Florida Businesses; Cites this act as the "Buy Florida Act." Requires an agency, county, municipality, school district, or other political subdivision of the state to grant a specified preference to a vendor located within the state when awarding a contract for printing under certain circumstances. Specifies the percentage of preference to be granted. Deletes a provision to conform to changes made by the act. Expresses legislative intent, etc.
