Relief/Dennis Gay/Department of Transportation; Compensates Dennis Gay for injuries sustained as a result of the negligence of the Department of Transportation. Provides for the use of funds. Provides for the reversion of funds to the state. Provides a limitation on the total amount paid for attorney's fees, lobbying fees, costs, and other similar expenses relating to the claim, etc. CLAIM WITH APPROPRIATION: $700,000
