Florida Gaming Trust Fund/Dept. of Gaming Control; Creates the Florida Gaming Trust Fund within the Department of Gaming Control. Provides the funding sources and purpose of the trust fund. Requires funds to remain in the trust fund at the end of each fiscal year. Provides for future review and termination or re-creation of the trust fund.
