Regional Workforce Boards; Citing this act as the "Regional Workforce Boards Accountability Act"; specifying qualified expenditures for Individual Training Accounts; requiring members and the executive director of a regional workforce board to make financial disclosures; requiring that staff of the Department of Economic Opportunity, under the direction of Workforce Florida, Inc., assign staff to review the performance of regional workforce boards; requiring Workforce Florida, Inc., to evaluate the means to establish a single, statewide-workforce system brand and to report its findings and recommendations to the Governor by a specified date, etc.
