Preference to Florida Businesses in Procurement of Personal Property and Services; Cites act as "Buy Florida Act"; requires agency, county, municipality, school district, or other political subdivision of state to grant specified preference to vendor located within state when awarding contract for printing; requires, rather than authorizes, agency, county, municipality, school district, or other political subdivision of state in making purchases of personal property through competitive solicitation to award preference to lowest responsible & responsive vendor having principal place of business within this state under specified circumstances; specifies percentages of preference to be granted.
