SPB 7098: Postsecondary Education

PROPOSED BILL by Budget

Postsecondary Education; Requiring that the Auditor General notify the Legislative Auditing Committee of any financial or operational audit report indicating that a state university or state college has failed to take full corrective action in response to recommendations in previous audit reports; authorizing the committee to direct the governing body of the state university or state college to provide a written statement explaining why full corrective action has not been taken or notifying that it intends to take full corrective action, etc.
