GENERAL BILL by Garcia
Job Creation; Revising the payment and distribution of funds in the Cigarette Tax Collection Trust Fund; authorizing moneys transferred to the Board of Directors of the H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center and Research Institute to be used to secure financing to pay costs for specified purposes at certain facilities and other properties; authorizing certain tax credits against the sales tax for qualified businesses located in enterprise program zones; providing a tax credit against corporate income taxes for the startup costs of child care facilities for employees of a corporation; creating the “Municipal Revitalization Act”; authorizing the creation of sales tax increment districts within enterprise zones, etc.
