GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Bradley

Criminal Penalties; Providing criminal sentences applicable to a person who was under the age of 18 years at the time the offense was committed; requiring that a judge consider certain factors before determining if life imprisonment is an appropriate sentence; providing for review of certain sentences of offenders who were under the age of 18 at the time of the offense, etc.
