GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; Legg ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bean
Education; Requiring a charter school sponsor to submit an annual report that includes specified information; modifying the application process for charter schools; requiring a sponsor to make student academic achievement for all students a priority in deciding whether to renew a charter; requiring that the technology infrastructure, connectivity, and capacity of all public schools and school districts that administer statewide standardized assessments pursuant to s. 1008.22, F.S., be load tested and independently verified as appropriate, adequate, efficient, and sustainable, etc.
