Elections; Revises provisions regulating third-party voter registration organizations; reduces time that candidate must not have been registered member or candidate for nomination for any other political party before qualifying for office; permits elector to vote regular ballot at polling place in precinct to which he or she has moved by completing affirmation; deletes requirement that elector's change of residence must occur within same county for elector to vote in new precinct; deletes authorization for placement of full text of proposed constitutional amendment or revision on ballot; requires court to remove proposed amendment from ballot once all ballot statements are determined to be defective & all appeals are exhausted; deletes authority for Attorney General to revise ballot title or summary; deletes legal presumption for ballot statement; expands list of available early voting sites; provides requirements for determining number of early voting sites; increases number of days & hours for early voting; increases evidence that circuit court may consider when reviewing canvassing board's decision concerning legality of absentee ballot that involves elector's signature.
