Arcades; Creating ch. 547, F.S., entitled “Senior Arcades”; requiring the Department of Business and Professional Regulation to implement and administer ch. 547, F.S.; authorizing an amusement machine business to operate in this state; requiring a tax to be assessed on the net revenue of each amusement machine; requiring customers to receive a points card to receive prizes; prohibiting cash prizes; requiring a points card provider to create an application to review and confirm redemptions and report them to the department, etc.
