Sexual Offenses; Authorizes orders limiting testimony in open court and in depositions if victim or witness was a child under 16 years of age when specified sexual offense occurred; eliminates time limitations for criminal offenses relating to lewd & lascivious acts if victim is under 16 years of age; revises & creates offenses involving sexual battery; increases felony degree of certain sexual battery offenses; imposes 50-year minimum mandatory sentence for dangerous sexual felony offenders; revises & creates offenses involving lewd or lascivious battery & molestation; provides that voyeurism includes secretly observing another person's intimate areas in which person has reasonable expectation of privacy; provides that sentence points are multiplied for specified sex offenses committed by an adult upon minor; prohibits gain-time for certain offenses; provides for tolling of conditional release supervision; requires split sentence for certain sexual offenses; authorizes court to require sexual offender or sexual predator who is on probation or community control to undergo evaluation to determine whether the offender or predator needs sexual offender treatment.
